Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive channel system for MOVA Italy, encompassing agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers.
* Formulate product and price strategies utilizing market funds to drive sales growth.
* Optimize the distributor system based on existing channel structures to ensure timely inventory supply and maintain market order.
* Design and execute sales strategies aligned with company requirements, setting quarterly/annual goals and plans to improve marketing organization systems and resource allocation.
* Ensure accurate sales forecasts through effective regional sell-in and sell-out management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related field; experience in personal care, kitchen appliances, pet products, and other fields is advantageous.
* More than five years of relevant local work experience, with knowledge of the Italian market and success stories in integrated marketing.
* Strong ability to withstand pressure, coupled with excellent market development and sales capabilities.
* Proven team leadership experience and project development skills, along with good interpersonal resources and the ability to develop them.
