Overview
Pre-Sales Manager - Zucchetti Informatica at Zucchetti.
The role coordinates the pre-sales team and participates in development, managing the different phases of the client relationship from definition and design of the solution to delivery and large-scale adoption.
The position is placed in the General Management reporting line and works closely with the Commercial Team and the Delivery Team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the resources that make up the pre-sales structure.
Follow the development of projects in person and manage the different phases of the client relationship, from definition and design of the solution to delivery and wide-scale adoption.
Work in direct reporting line to the General Management and collaborate with the Commercial Team and the Delivery Team.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT consulting and/or system integrator environments; Knowledge of products/solutions from major ICT Vendors; Knowledge of Linux operating systems; Knowledge of virtualization environments (VMware and Hyper-V); Knowledge of Networking (switches, routers, load balancers); Knowledge of Cyber Security (antivirus, MDR, Firewall, VPN, etc.); Knowledge of middleware (SQL, PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx); Knowledge of network security management topics; Knowledge of backup and restore solutions (Acronis, Veeam, CommVault); Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Office 365, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility & Security), Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online; Understanding of business processes; Strong passion for IT and customer-facing attitude; Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Strong organizational skills, methodical approach and problem solving; Good relational and public speaking skills, people-management and decision-making abilities.
