As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in Italy, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Your key objectives will include negotiating with defined customers, prospecting for new ones, and acting as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.

Main Responsibilities:

* Negotiate with previously defined customers and prospect new ones in Italy, working closely with management.

* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.

* Deliver offers/quotes to existing and prospective customers.

* Report to the Sales Director Europe.

Key Activities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies for company products in Italy.
">
* Collect necessary information for sale contract preparation.
">
* Collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers.
">
* Search for new business opportunities, particularly in relation to replacing Polyamide compounds.
">
* Negotiate best terms of sale in agreement with management.
">
* Manage and record customer rates.
">
* Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory.
">
* Bulletin long-term customer relationships through rapport building.
">
* Ensure proper application of contracts and planned sales volumes with assigned customers.
">
* IDentify, anticipate, and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in the customer's structure.
">
* Interface between customers and management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance.
">
* Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
">
* Report on individual sales activities, customer situation, and sample progress during exchanges with management and sales meetings.
">

Your Profile:

* Effective use of sales and negotiation techniques.

* Detailed knowledge of company technical possibilities and product advantages.

* Good understanding of plastics industry and processing, especially injection moulding, with a proven track record of successful account management.

* Analytical mindset with adaptability to changing market conditions.

* Strong decision-making skills to identify and mitigate potential customer problems.
">
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication at different levels and departments.
">
* Excellent time management and priority setting skills with a self-propelled attitude.

* Ability to effectively use MS Office and ERP system.

* Fluency in both Italian and English.
