Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead the Software Factory capability for GCAP, shaping toolchains, digital thread enablement and secure development environments. You drive end-to-end delivery, interoperability with partner toolsets, and alignment to enterprise standards while ensuring certification readiness such as DO-178C. You partner with DE&D Product Owners and stakeholders to translate needs into a clear capability roadmap and prioritized backlog.
