Location: Pomezia, Roma, Italy.
PurposeJoin the Sales & Marketing Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory. A best‑in‑class training program will provide technical and commercial skills.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to help them understand the products’ technical features and train them during surgical procedures.
- Support public tender procedures and private contract negotiations, ensuring a successful end‑to‑end process.
- Develop projects related to data management & insights, including predictive analyses based on Digital Health data.
- Support digital solutions launched by J&J; and execute Health Economics strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to support and substantiate the economic value proposition of J&J; products and disseminate value‑based messages to maximize innovation adoption.
- Develop projects with customers.
QualificationsYou are a brilliant junior professional with a background in STEM or Economics (Master’s Degree) and a willingness to measure yourself with new challenges that allow you to expand your perspective and build new knowledge and skills. You have also enriched your profile with a Master’s Course in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business Data Analytics, or have solid hands‑on experience within one or more of these fields. You speak, read and write Italian as your mother tongue and are fluent in English. You desire to start a career that could change the trajectory of health for humanity.
