Quality assurance specialist – Business Unit Transformers (F/M/D)
Drive and support a strong Quality Culture within the local Transformers business unit, ensuring excellence through effective systems, tools, and teamwork to consistently exceed customer expectations while enabling sustainable operations. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the local Quality Management System. The role reports to the Quality Manager and is based at our Monselice factory.
How you'll make an impact:
Assists in the implementation of effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
Represents the Voice of the Customer within local teams.
Challenges the teams with customer experience feedback and input to decisions. Enable and coaches' employees to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.
Utilize the local Quality Management System to provide the local teams with procedures and documentation that sufficiently describe their work activities. Run the local teams in the application of an operational approach and system of process management that is continually evaluated for effectiveness.

Your background:
Master's degree preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
Knowledge of 8D, DMAIC and FMEA
Fluency in English and Italian.
A high level of flexibility, proactivity and willingness to learn;
Teamworking and organization skills will complete the profile
