If you love it, Scalapay it! /p h3The Mission /h3 pReporting to our Sales Leader, your goal will be to identify new merchant opportunities in Italy. Although we are starting to segment by sector and company size, you will have a broad scope. If you are passionate about sales and eager to learn the industry’s most successful sales methodology, this role is perfect for you! /p h3You will: /h3 ol liRegularly generate new business opportunities, pitch and differentiate Scalapay's services, and close deals; /li liDrive strategy for new clients: lead sales calls, business reviews, and ongoing check-ins; /li liBuild customized sales presentations using key data, historical insights, and relevant research; /li liEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing and executing joint business plans to foster mutual growth; /li liManage your sales pipeline using our CRM (Hubspot); /li liImprove the sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing involving multiple stakeholders. /li /ol h3Who We're Looking For /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing; /li liNative Italian speaker, proficient in English (our internal working language). /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in the eCommerce ecosystem; /li liKnowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn, and prospecting solutions; /li liExperience in a hyper-growth startup environment; /li liFamiliarity with MEDDIC or other sales frameworks; /li liStrong determination, dynamism, and conviction; /li liExcellent presentation and communication skills; /li liAutonomous, rigorous, and proactive; /li liTeam player, open to learning and defending your ideas. /li /ul h3Hiring Process /h3 ol liInitial Chat: Brief conversation with our Talent Acquisition team. /li liHiring Manager Interview: Deep dive with the Vice President of Growth. /li liCase Study: Skills-based exercise at our Milan office, followed by a debrief. /li liFinal Chat with CEO: Discuss values, vision, and cultural fit, plus reference checks. /li /ol pExplore our Careers website, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor pages for more info. /p pbPro tip: /b Send your CV in English. /p puSuper Pro tip: /u We value talent over ticking all boxes.
