For more information, visit our website > Responsibilities Ensure the pursuit of the company's mission and the achievement of objectives. Define sales strategy and objectives, developing synergies between Aperam Italia Service Centers, in line with Aperam group directives. Manage, organize, and lead the entire commercial division to meet targets for volumes, margins, customer base, and revenue. Support integration of the commercial structure with production and supply chain functions. Guarantee growth and results in commercial performance. Develop the commercial budget and sales policy based on market analysis. Lead the Commercial Pilotage to ensure strategic and commercial consistency in the Italian market. Develop new products and commercial projects. Define and negotiate selling prices to enhance product value. Collaborate with procurement and the CEO to define raw material purchasing policies. Oversee product offering and sales order planning. Participate in defining global contracts. Manage customer relationships to maintain and expand business opportunities. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree, preferably in the economic-financial field. Proven experience in the commercial field, preferably in multinational companies. Knowledge of main IT tools (Google, Office, SAP, e-aperam, Gipsi, AS400, LinkedIn, etc.
). Availability for national and international travel. Excellent command of the English language.
