The group also has properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.Experimental service philosophy is built around three core principles: the quality of the products, the precision of the service, and the genuine warmth of our welcome.ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMAOpening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita: elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.Join Experimental and be part of an opening where creativity, passion, and the joy of hospitality come together on the Roman scene.ABOUT THE JOBPermanent position starting mid-April 2026.Reporting to the Sales Department and the General Manager, your main mission will be to lead the sales strategy for a new 4-star hotel by defining the objectives to be achieved, sales forecasts, budgets, and by participating in commercial negotiations. Your responsibilities will include:1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement the hotels commercial strategy in line with group objectivesActively drive revenue growth while ensuring the achievement and optimization of budgeted targets across all market segmentsPropose, implement and monitor a commercial action plan & ensure its executionManage, develop and grow corporate accounts (local and international)Identify and acquire new corporate accounts to increase revenue and market penetrationMaintain & develop strong relationships with key clients, partners and agenciesNegotiate and manage corporate contracts and preferential ratesRepresent the hotel on the local level at sales events, trade fairs and networking opportunities
2. Revenue & Pricing Strategy
Actively participate in Yield and Revenue Meetings and support performance analysisContribute to pricing strategies, demand management and inventory optimizationMonitor booking pace, market trends and performance indicatorsEnsure rate parity and correct rate loading and data across all distribution channels to build an accurate database
3. Distribution & Reservations Control
Monitor reservations performance (individual, corporate and group)Control booking channels with a focus on increasing direct businessOversee the proper handling of corporate and group reservation requests including the quality of dataEnsure compliance with internal procedures and commercial guidelines
4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Prepare regular commercial and performance reports for hotel management and group headquartersConduct competitive analysis: benchmarking, market observations, competitor visitsAnalyze market positioning and propose strategic adjustments
5. Team Management & Training
Manage the sales & reservations teamTrain and support teams on commercial, sales and reservation processesEnsure proper understanding of procedures to continue improvingWork closely with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Management and Marketing teamsProvide operational support when required
ABOUT YOUYou have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, or an equivalent field.You have a minimum of 4 years experience in hotel sales, commercial, or revenue management roles.You have strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, corporate sales, and pricing strategies.You have excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.You have strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear and insightful reports.You are proficient in PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and revenue management tools.Finally, you are fluent in English;
