Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related the Bar.
This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

What you'll do
Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages according to company standards
Ensure quality, consistency, and speed of service
Properly operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and bar equipment
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with HACCP standards
Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to guests
Collaborate with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
Monitor stock levels, products, and daily operational needs
Support the team during breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, or special events when required
What you'll need
Previous experience as a Barista
Excellent knowledge of Italian coffee culture
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit
Good command of the English language
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
