This role includes preparing quotations, executing orders, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and experienced in handling industrial spare parts in a complex, international environment. Key Responsibilities: /p ul liDevelop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for long product rolling mills / flat product rolling (hot/cold). /li liIdentify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support. /li liPrepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments. /li liEvaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams. /li liDraft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations. /li liOversee and coordinate order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy. /li liCollect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones. /li liMaintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems. /li liProvide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needs. /li /ul h3YOU KNOW /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Mechanical, Thermal, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications). /li liPrevious experience in technical-commercial back office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments. /li liMandatory: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) /li liPreferred: Proficiency in an additional language. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). /li liExperience with SAP R/3 ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus. /li liStrong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. /li liHigh attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle a high volume of work. /li liAvailability for national and international business travel. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
