KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Key Account Manager, you will contribute to the company's growth within the B2B channel by consolidating Carglass leadership and transforming major clients – insurance companies and fleets – into long‑term strategic partners.
Mission
Using a high‑level consultative approach, you will maximize claims channeling toward our network, optimize the customer experience, and enhance commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture relationships with C‑level decision‑makers, acting as a strategic consultant rather than just a service provider.
* Negotiate and renew complex commercial agreements, identifying new business opportunities (cross‑selling/up‑selling) within the Large Account portfolio.
* Collaborate with the Growth & Revenue team to define pricing strategies and commercial terms for key accounts, ensuring a balance between competitiveness and profitability while aligning sales proposals with corporate growth objectives.
* Constantly monitor and analyze sales KPIs, translating data into concrete action plans to ensure budget alignment.
* Work closely with key accounts to identify additional strategic initiatives that strengthen the relationship and provide potential new revenue streams.
* Partner with the Marketing team to implement co‑branding campaigns and initiatives designed to improve channeling and brand advocacy.
* Provide regular reports for key accounts (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and follow up on exception or other reporting needs.
* Fully understand the strategy, goals and drivers of the key accounts and collaborate across business areas to ensure swift reaction and exploitation of emerging opportunities.
* Act as the primary pivot between the client and internal departments (Operations, Finance, IT) to resolve operational issues, optimize billing processes, keep debt levels to a minimum, and ensure top‑tier quality standards.
* Demonstrate leadership by role‑modeling company values and managing cross‑functional relationships to drive results as a member of the Senior Management Team.
* Interface with the Belron Group for the management of International Large Accounts, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
* Monitor insurance and automotive market trends and competitor moves to proactively anticipate client needs.
Canditate Profile
* 5 years of experience managing commercial relationships with Large Accounts (preferably within structured B2B environments such as Insurance, multinationals, large Automotive companies, Financial Services, or public entities).
* Previous experience in the Insurance and leasing/automotive company market is a strong plus.
* Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferable.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Knowledge of Salesforce is required.
