The candidate, reporting directly to management, will be responsible for acquiring and developing business opportunities related to the pharmaceutical market, such as: training events (ECM and non-ECM), communication, and scientific consulting. As a BDM, the responsibilities include: Acquiring and developing potential clients at national and international levels Gathering briefs and managing the entire sales process Defining commercial strategies aligned with growth objectives Developing and consolidating relationships with key industry stakeholders Analyzing competitors and the market Identifying and developing new business opportunities Supporting the team in developing commercial offers Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills Empathy in responding to client needs Customer orientation and quality service focus Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset Adaptability to change, motivation to learn Ability to work in a team The ideal candidate should have consolidated experience and preferably a client portfolio acquired in the training events sector (ECM and non-ECM), scientific communication. Creativity and good knowledge of the English language are essential. Experience in the Pharma and Healthcare events and communication sector is mandatory.
