In this Senior Compliance Investigator role, you will lead global investigations to uphold laws, regulations, and Hitachi Rail policies. You will manage end-to-end investigation processes across regions and collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and management to drive corrective actions. You will mentor junior investigators and support continuous learning and awareness campaigns to promote a speak‑up culture. * Manage end‑to‑end investigations: intake, triage, strategy, plans, interviews, evidence review, reporting
* Maintain confidential case management and accurate documentation in the registry

Responsibilities
* 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or related roles with prior investigations experience
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with business and financial acumen
* Organized, reliable, discreet with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to influence and operate within a cross‑cultural context
* Team player with cultural awareness and curiosity
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with case management tools; data analytics is a plus
* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
