PNow is an amazing time to join our client as they build the future of OT and IoT Cybersecurity. With hundreds of customers in more than 30 countries, they are just scratching the surface. As they expand their product portfolio and global presence, their Sales department is hiring an bISAM (Inside Sales Account Manager) /b. Whether clients need fast product enhancements, onsite engineering support, or rapid deployment across continents, our client delivers. They accelerate digital transformation by providing exceptional network visibility, threat detection, and operational insight for OT and IoT environments. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs the ISAM, you will be entrusted with building and owning strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers while evangelizing the value proposition with various stakeholders. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building high growth and repeatable business in your territory. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liMust be business proficient in English and German /li liProven experience in Cybersecurity Sales with a high-energy, multitasking ability across customer, client, and prospect sales and support cycles /li liAbility to generate a high volume of transactions monthly/quarterly while building relationships with key Nordic customers /li liExperience selling Network, Security, and/or SaaS solutions in a subscription model with ACV targets /li liExperience in direct sales, ideally within industrial automation, controls, or security sectors /li liUnderstanding of information security principles and networking technologies (advantageous) /li liOT / IoT background with an industrial focus (preferred but not essential) /li liStrong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills /li liProficiency in English and German and additional Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFocus on new logo acquisition and business development through network leveraging and lead qualification /li liAchieve and exceed quota targets /li liBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities /li liAccurately forecast quarterly bookings and develop business plans /li liDevelop relationships with key stakeholders and secure renewable business /li liProvide a white-glove experience as a trusted advisor, developing expert-level knowledge of the company's value proposition /li liCoordinate all customer activities involving internal teams using CRM tools like Salesforce /li liCollaborate with Marketing on events and initiatives /li liSecure key reference accounts within relevant verticals /li liUphold the company's values of transparency and trust in protecting critical assets /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pBenefits are tailored to your country and may include: /p ul liHealth Wellness support /li liWork-Life Balance programs /li liFlexible Time-Off policies /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pSuccessful candidates will undergo background verification checks. /p h3About Our Client /h3 pOur client is a leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity, dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure, industrial, and government organizations from cyber threats.
