Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.br/ppbPartner with the best /b /ppIn this role, you will lead and oversee the technical development and capability planning of the Engineering function. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for: /pulliPlanning, designing, and overseeing initiatives related to Engineering functional development in terms of technical training, Competency mapping and planning, Upskilling and reskilling of Engineering teams. /liliDeveloping and implementing our Build/Buy/Borrow strategy in close collaboration with HR to provide governance on Workforce Planning for the function in line with LRP needs. /liliManaging finances and supervising one or more teams. /liliConnecting with all Engineering BU directors in order to tailor the training programs as well as the related tools to their needs.
