The role will ensure consistent growth in sales by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies and action plans.Responsibilities & Key Tasks: Proactively develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive revenue growthIdentify and secure new business opportunities through structured planning, outreach, and pipeline managementEngage potential customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutionsConduct customer visits to assess requirements, promote products/services, and strengthen long-term partnershipsPerform cost–vantaggi and commercial viability analyses for both existing and prospective accountsResolve customer issues effectively by identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and providing feedback to managementConsistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within defined timelinesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned and effective sales deliveryProvide regular market and customer insights, including needs, trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunitiesRecommend improvements to products, services, and commercial strategies based on performance analysis and market feedbackMonitor competitor activity, including pricing, product developments, and go-to-market strategiesSupport pricing strategy, quotations, promotions, and commercial negotiationsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clientsManage the full sales cycle, including order processing, contract preparation, and payment follow-upRespond promptly
