With operations in more than 70 countries, we’re committed to innovation, sustainability, and creating vibrant communities. /p h3Key Account Manager /h3 pIn this role, you will lead efforts to achieve sales and pricing goals within designated areas of responsibility, aligning with our sales and marketing plans to drive long‑term growth. You will direct commercial, sales, and technical support activities consistent with our overall sales strategy, with a primary focus on developing sales and effectively managing a dedicated sales force to ensure we meet and exceed our targets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the development of the Strategic Sales Plan in terms of volumes, product mix, profit and distribution network. /li liDeliver sales and pricing as defined in the budget for the area, channel or segment in charge. /li liImplement the product and market segment strategy, defining the specific objectives and targets for the geographical area. /li liNegotiate trading terms with customers which meet volume and pricing goals. /li liKeep abreast of market and trade conditions and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet changing customer requirements. /li liEnsure that technical teams and other parties involved on the client contract understand fully the product development requirements of the customer. /li liEnsure total customer satisfaction level (quality, technical and delivery time) in his area. /li liLay down and manage a decisive and efficient sales and distribution organisation, and appoint, manage and develop a well‑motivated and efficiently staffed organization. /li /ul h3What Will You Bring /h3 ul liEnglish Knowledge. /li liMinimum 5 years sales and sales management experience. /li liNegotiation skills. /li liSales planning skills. /li liBusiness Intelligence analysis. /li liKey Account and distributors management sales experience. /li liGood MS Office knowledge. /li /ul h3Area /h3 ul liTrentino, Veneto, Lombardia orientale. /li /ul h3Why PPG? /h3 ul liInclusive and diverse work environment. /li liOpportunities for professional growth and development in an international setting. /li liCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Diversity /h3 pAt PPG, we believe in the power of diversity.
