Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
- Customer & Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
- Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).
- Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively.
- Some work experience and a basic understanding of the new energy market.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, accept overseas travel, and candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
