CSI S.p.A. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in managing international markets and developing global commercial strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial expansion abroad, managing the sales network, and achieving growth objectives for product certification services. Key Responsibilities and Activities: Ensure the achievement of sales budget; Define short, medium, and long-term sales objectives; Develop and implement the commercial plan; Analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities; Collaborate with marketing to launch new services or enter new markets; Coordinate and supervise the sales network; Monitor commercial performance through KPIs; Identify and develop new foreign markets; Manage relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and foreign offices; Participate in international trade fairs and commercial missions; Select, train, and motivate the commercial team; Define individual and group objectives, evaluating performance and promoting professional growth; Prepare periodic reports for management. Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience in national/international sales related to product certification services; Fluent English and good German language skills (B1/B2 level). Education and Professional Requirements: Experience gained at other Certification Bodies in the sale of services related to the certification of construction products in the CPR area is preferred and constitutes a preferential factor. Academic degree: Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade, or Engineering. Work location: Bollate. Availability for international travel is required.
