Position Overview
The role involves managing the following areas:
1. Implementation, coordination, and management of commercial and administrative activities related to In Store Promotions;
2. Operational implementation and coordination of promotional plans executed by Sales;
3. Development of category management projects and secondary display;
4. Management of product datasheets, competitor analysis, and IRI-NIELSEN data analysis;
5. Management of e-commerce activities, particularly Amazon;
6. Merchandising projects, SSA, and transfer orders.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing the Annual In Store Promotions Plan;
* Handling information flows regarding promotional plans within all company functions and externally with the sales force;
* Proposing and executing assortment and display projects, both standard and customized for clients;
* Managing databases related to the company’s product portfolio and competitors;
* Providing operational recommendations based on market data analysis (Nielsen/IRI);
* Supporting market data collection activities via dedicated app;
* Analyzing and supporting e-commerce and Amazon activities;
* Coordinating all commercial activities within the Commercial Department.
Candidate Profile
Requires approximately 5 years of comprehensive work experience as a commercial assistant and trade marketing, preferably gained in small to medium-sized companies with broad responsibilities across various topics, mainly in the grocery distribution and organized retail sector. Prior experience in front or back office commercial roles is a preferred element.
* Master's degree in Economics or Management (preferred but not essential, to be evaluated based on experience and skills);
* Age range: 30-40 years;
* Knowledge of category management principles;
* Organizational skills, interdepartmental coordination, and teamwork abilities;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and results orientation;
* Negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship management;
* Ability to manage commercial relationships with clients, agents, promoters, merchandisers, and suppliers;
* Own vehicle and willingness to travel for meetings with agents and promoters;
* Proficiency in management software and data collection tools, with excellent knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint.

Contract Type
Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
Work Location
Milano (Baggio area), at the company headquarters. Currently, remote work is not available.
