Key Responsibilities
* Keep up-to-date with product collections; have deep product knowledge.
* Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising.
* Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships.
* Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience
Requirements / Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion / retail.
* Experience working with KPIs, CRM, and client appointments.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, clienteling skills.
