Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export Manager at SILINI hot forging presses. Based in Cavaria Con Premezzo, the Export Manager will oversee the company’s international trade operations, manage export processes, and foster relationships with global partners. Key responsibilities include the development and execution of international business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance within global trade. A portion of the work can be performed remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining a physical presence at the company’s location as needed.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Export processes, International Business, and International Trade.
* Experience in Business Planning, including the ability to create and implement strategic plans tailored to international markets.
* Strong Sales skills, with a proven ability to build client relationships and meet sales targets.
* Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to navigate the complexities of international trade.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with partners and clients across diverse cultures.
* Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
* Familiarity with international shipping, trade regulations, and customs procedures is a strong advantage.
* A degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
