AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in London we are looking for a:
Marketing Manager to build and lead a strategic, efficient, and results-driven marketing function in Italy. The role ensures that all marketing plans are developed, aligned, and executed according to company priorities and guidelines.
Your Day To Day Will Look Like
* Prepare and support product launches by developing and implementing marketing and communication plans at national, regional, and hospital levels.
* Provide local market, customer, and competitor insights to shape global strategy and contribute to annual marketing planning.
* Conduct market analyses to anticipate environmental and competitive changes.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Market Access, supporting promotional activities and ensuring aligned, compliant tactics.
* Coordinate with Global Brand Units on launch priorities and marketing strategy.
* Develop strategic communication and training materials with strong scientific accuracy.
* Measure the impact and ROI of commercial campaigns.
* Manage key customer relationships with Sales and KAM teams and represent the brand in the field (approx. 30%).
* Work with the Business Unit Director to define and deliver the overall marketing strategy.
Your Qualifications And Experience
* Advanced scientific degree in natural science, medicine, or business
* 5+ years of pharma industry experience
* Track record of responsibility in marketing and pre-launch and launch experience
* Track record of commercial success
* Willingness to travel
* Fluent in English and Italian
