ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager that will support the Global Product Manager, a profile that combines design creativity with development expertise. The ideal candidate has a background in product design and development (with direct experience in development management) or has gained experience in a design studio, having followed projects from concept to production, working closely with suppliers and manufacturing throughout the entire process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Supporting the development of new products and the maintenance of existing models, overseeing all phases:
concept, prototyping, cost analysis, industrial launch, and post-sales monitoring;
- Coordinating activities with suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders;
- Contributing to the definition of product specifications, translating functional and aesthetic requirements into industrializable solutions;
- Ensuringcompliance with cost targets, timelines, and quality standards, in collaboration with other departments;
- Activelyparticipating in business trips to suppliers (mainly in Northern Italy).
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- A university degree in Product Design, Product Management, or Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering);
- A basic understanding of industrial processes (plastic injection molding, metal processing, assembly);
- Interestin product design and its evolution;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining a clear overview of the product;
- Proficiency inEnglish (B2 level, both written and spoken);
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- B driving license and willingness to travel (about 20% of the time);
- A proactive mindset, result-oriented attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and grow
