Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with support functions to drive demand and lead conversion.
- Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve customer concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track regional performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools for managing sales activities.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various teams to align sales efforts, provide field feedback, lead and mentor sales teams, and foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
- Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.
- Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
