We’re partnered with a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up, recently backed by a major funding round and expanding rapidly across EMEA. They're now looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to lead growth in the Italian market.
This is a key role in a fast-moving environment – you'll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team with strong backing and big goals. One experienced seller is already in place, but there’s plenty of room to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and drive new business across Italy – 100% new logo focus
* Qualify, manage, and convert leads into closed opportunities
* Build and execute territory and account-based strategies
* Conduct prospecting, discovery, and full-cycle enterprise sales
* Engage senior stakeholders in IT, security, and compliance
* Work closely with SDRs, marketing, and channel leadership
* Report into the VP Sales and collaborate cross-functionally
What You’ll Need
* 5+ years in enterprise cybersecurity or identity-focused sales
* Fluent Italian and strong English
* Proven hunter mindset with strong territory planning skills
* Track record of exceeding quota and growing market presence
* Startup / scale-up experience and a Challenger-style sales approach
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
