Role Description:
The role of the Night Porter requires reliability and professionalism. The collaborator will have excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail. The Night Porter will be responsible for managing the hotel's night operations, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing useful information about hotel services and the surrounding area.
- Managing guest check-in and check-out, ensuring all procedures are correctly followed. Processing charges and verifying their accuracy.
- Responding to guest requests and needs promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring hotel security during night hours by conducting regular checks of common areas and exits.
- Handling emergency situations and resolving issues effectively.
- Keeping the reception and surrounding area clean and tidy.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Recording and managing incoming calls and internal communications.
- Performing daily control and closing operations, including generating and sending relevant reports to the appropriate offices.
Work Experience
- In-depth knowledge of all services offered to guests.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations applicable to the hotel.
- Ability to resolve guest complaints with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations during peak periods.
- Effective time management skills.

Important:
The required activity is part of the hotel business: it operates seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Due to the sensitivity of the role, the Night Auditor is among the figures who, because they have constant contact with guests, must always guarantee the concept of Hospitality.
