Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the Sales team and customers through the full sales cycle, drive new and existing business, and communicate product and service value. You will contribute to sales strategy, identify customer needs and market opportunities, and provide technical support and training. You will own select customer cases to resolve issues and improve competitive outcomes, while coordinating offers and reporting sales activities. * Identify customer needs and analyze market/competitor offers to demonstrate value of products and services

* Perform sales performance reviews, develop recovery plans for order shortfalls, and provide regular activity reports

Responsabilità
* Technical background (Engineering degree preferred)
* More than 3 years in direct sales and sales management
* Experience with electric substation equipment; client‑facing transformer solutions is a plus
* Fluent in Italian and English
