Ph3What you will do /h3 pFor our Building Technologies Solutions division in Milan/Rome we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager in Building Solutions dedicated to Building Management Systems. /p pAs BDM in Building Solutions – BMS, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships within End Users, general contractors, clients, agency, installers as well as for the overall promotion of Johnson Controls products and solutions. /p h3How you will do it /h3 ul liResponsible for establishing an ongoing partnership with the End Users, General contractors, agency, installers /li liDirect management of all sales negotiations up to final closure /li liManage proposals ensuring that a quote will meet customers’ application and operational needs /li liValidate assumptions made during promotion meeting and builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of work /li liProvide risk analysis for the complete solution /li liUnderstand of the full range of JCI offerings and their applications in customer solutions /li liDevise multiple offering to meet specific program requirements /li liAssist in identifying specification issues or interpretation discrepancies and providing solutions to resolve /li liReview estimate with appropriate operations sales team to get mutual agreement on estimate /li liOwn the JCI value proposition to consultants by continuously optimizing the link between consultant’s operation and our business objectives, needs, requirements and the JCI solutions in order to provider a total value solution and competitive advantage /li liUnderstand apply knowledge of competitor’s business products solutions. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent through experience /li liFive to eight years’ experience in building systems (BMS and Integrated solutions) or operational processes /li liDemonstrated strong technical subject matter expertise to faster credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment /li liDemonstrated commercial attitude to establish partnership with customers /li liDemonstrated ability to influence consultants in their technical projects’ choices /li liStrong teamwork attitude /li liComputer literacy particularly with MS Word and Excel /li liFluent Italian English language skills (verbal, reading and writing) /li liAbility to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met. /li /ul h3Our benefits /h3 pWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
