* Chia Laguna Resort, Sardinia – 425 rooms. It is a set of three hotels offering a variety of restaurants and bars, spas, extensive meeting facilities and boasts the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia: the 5‑star Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton; the 5‑star luxury Hotel Laguna, which will welcome its guests in 2022 under the sign of Conrad Hotels & Resorts; and the Chia Laguna – Hotel Village, an oasis of tranquility suitable for families with children.
* Grotta Giusti Thermal & Spa Resort, Tuscany – 68 rooms, the largest underground thermal cave in Europe and a spa that has won the fifth star and entered the Marriott portfolio with the Autograph Collection Hotels brand.
* Fonteverde Lifestyle & Thermal Spa Retreat, Tuscany – 78 rooms with a leading luxury spa, one of the most important destinations in Tuscany and a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
* Bagni di Pisa Palace Thermal & Spa, Tuscany – 61 rooms, historic spa with natural warm waters and first‑rate facilities; member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
* Le Massif Hotel & Lodge, Valle D’Aosta – 80 rooms, ski resort with a distinct chalet atmosphere in its design, affiliated with The Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel also features La Lodge at the top of the mountain with restaurant and bar along with Kids Club.


OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for talented and passionate people ready to make the difference and step above the crowd. The intern will be based in Milan with a training period of 6 months. Expected reimbursement of expenses of 500 euro and ticket restaurant, not provided accommodation.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The Trainee we are looking for should be organized and must have good communication skills and ability to relate and perform within Sales activities, with a particular focus on data analysis and possible future revenue targets.


Main Tasks

* Actively participate in the development and delivery of sales business plans together with the Director of Sales.
* Collect, organize, and interpret commercial, operational, and revenue data. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities through Excel or BI tools.
* Update CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, and projects.
* Support preparation of PowerPoint presentations for internal commercial meetings and meetings with investors.
* Contribute ideas to improve products and services offered.
* Review customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration together with the DOS and DOSM.


REQUIREMENTS

Listed below are the mandatory and preferable requirements recognized as minimum level to be short listed for this role.


Mandatory

* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
* Ability to prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and other office tools.
* Degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
* Basic understanding of key hotel performance metrics (e.g., ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy).


Preferable

* Additional language (French or German would be considered a plus).

* Organized and using a systematic approach to get things done.
* Efficient in time management.
* Communicative, open and clear both verbally and in writing.
* Active listener to the needs of others before contributing.
* Adapting quickly and positively to new situations.
