The Product Specialist is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Lombardy region. The role is fully remote and reports to the National Sales Manager as part of the Italian Sales Team. Responsibilities Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets Maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region Organize and participate in local congresses and deliver product training Observe market and competitor activities to influence company sales strategies Execute marketing and sales strategies Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years in overall medical device sales experience in the Italian market Demonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets Basic knowledge of the Italian health care system Fluency in Italian; fluent English Travel, Vehicle & Environment 60% travel primarily domestic with overnight trips required Occasional weekend trips to conferences and meetings Nice to have Interventional Radiology experience Understanding of the breast cancer diagnosis landscape Mammotome, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive benefit programs.
