This will be achieved by creating upselling opportunities cultivating and developing existing relationshipsand leveraging opportunities generated within the wide international ecosystem in which we operate. /ppbWhat you will accomplish : /b /ppServe as the primary contact for key fashion accounts ensuring executive-level needs are met globally. /ppMonitor market trends and customer feedback to inform company strategies. /ppLead and mentor the account management team fostering a culture of collaboration and learning. /ppStrengthen the account management team monitoring and KPIs /ppTravel internationally to maintain and strengthen client relationships. /ppPartner with Business Development and Marketing teams on strategic initiatives to enhance internal processes. /ppDevelop and implement strategies and growth plans for global retail key accounts aligning with business objectives. /ppConduct commercial negotiations to establish favorable legal and commercial frameworks in local markets. /ppCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development Marketing Legal Finance Product) to meet account needs and strengthen partnerships. /ppLead regular account reviews and joint business planning sessions with executive management to identify growth opportunities. /ppCoach and mentor Account Managers to enhance their skills and performance. /ppbWhat you will bring : /b /ppProven experience in account management particularly in growing businesses with complex products or solutions. /ppStrong strategic thinking planning and execution skills. /ppExcellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities. /ppManagement experience ideally in account management teams with a focus on growing the relationship with stakeholders and performance measurement /ppbFluent in English and Italian. /b /ppExtensive experience in managing international business relationships within ecommerce technology and fashion. /ppStrong analytical skills for reporting and performance data analysis. /ppExcellent time management and multitasking abilities. /ppDetail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving. /ppPreferred Qualifications : /ppExisting network in fashion. /ppFamiliarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology. /ppbExperience in supply chain management /b /ppPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay. /ppeBay is an equal opportunity employer.
