Responsibilities: Concretely, you will: - Develop the relationship and grow the contract:manage a portfolio of existing clients/partners in Italy; - Be the clients' Odoo sales expert and their main point of contact:analyse and understand in depth your customers' needs; - Increase your customers' use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo:identify potential/incentive future sales (upselling, crosselling, etc.); - Demonstrate the product: new apps, features and new versions to end-users - Negotiate contract renewals:from monthly to multi-year subscriptions - Become an Odoo expert: acquire technical/functional knowledge MUST HAVE - Fluent in Italian (C2) and English: - Italian work permit: - 1 to 3 years of exp. in IT/Sales: - Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills - Solution-oriented - Strong organizational skills: you will have around 150-200 clients to manage!
