For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Press Office Product Manager, the resource will be in charge of the following activities.
WW Product Editorial Strategy:
- Creation of a product press strategy in alignment with key seasonal product pillars.
- Supervision of all editorial requests for Italy while supporting the other regional offices.
- Direct and proactive management of meetings with Italian fashion/market directors to secure fashion media coverage.
- Support in the development of product-focused press texts.
Press Days & Event Organization:
- managing press invites and logistic steps,for local and international events such as press days (i.e. timing, budget, press materials, press gifts).
WW sample orders and movement:
- Global selection and management of wardrobe samples/ seeding/gifting/special projects orders according to the larger brand strategy.
- Point person with the merchandising team in the selection of key looks for the season.
- Point person with the production department in order to keep the status of the orders up to date and in order of key priorities.
- Seasonal reporting on the performance of sample requests and trafficking.
Requirementes:
- At least 5 years of experience in PR field
- Highly organised, with good strategic communication planning skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
