About Us: Responsibilities: - Welcome guests in line with company policies, standards, and procedures. - Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes. - Stay well-informed about all hotel services and nearby tourist attractions, ensuring guests receive detailed and accurate information. - Respond to emergency situations with the required level of urgency and professionalism. - Maintain professional relationships with both guests and colleagues. - Proactively anticipate guest needs, providing solutions and creating memorable experiences. Requirements: - At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting. - Strong knowledge of hotel management software, preferably Suite. - Fluency in both English and Italian. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong relational and problem-solving abilities. - A natural team player with a collaborative mindset. - A commitment to providing exceptional, consistent service that exceeds guest expectations. - Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to department developments. - Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules. - High professional standards, with a refined and elegant presentation.
