PAbout the job /p pCHC Navigation is looking for a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B to B) to join its team. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in Italian-speaking countries. Proven experience in features-benefit-solutions selling within a high-tech environment for geospatial industries (e.g., surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, precision agriculture) is essential. /p pIn this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries across various market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions. /p pbAbout the role /b /p ol liAchieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volume, and develop market share. /li liCreate regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives. /li liConduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts through prospecting. /li liSupport distributors in their business development efforts. /li liRespond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors. /li liVisit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert leads into orders. /li liParticipate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows. /li liIdentify and develop new market opportunities. /li liAnalyze market trends and discover growth opportunities. /li /ol pbAbout you /b /p ul liMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering. /li liMinimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in relevant geospatial industries (GNSS, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture). /li liFluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (written and oral). /li liExperience in international dealer management is a plus. /li liResults-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality and profit. /li liStrong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication abilities. /li /ul puNote: /u Candidates must be EU citizens, residing and eligible to work in Italy. /p pbTravel Requirements /b /p pThis role requires frequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel across Europe for meetings, trade shows, and client visits. /p pbWhat we offer /b /p pAn international, result-oriented work environment where you can utilize your skills.
