This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line.
Eddyfi Technologies RMS Geotech is looking for a Sales Manager for Europe to drive the growth of our geotechnical monitoring solutions portfolio, including technologies from Senceive and Sisgeo.
As a Sales Manager, you must be able to accomplish in those different categories:
Sales & Business Development
*
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, rail, tunnelling, mining, and geohazard monitoring.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Redaction and management of quotations and tender documents.
Technical Sales & Solution Support
*
* Deliver consultative, solution-based sales.
* Translate client needs into tailored monitoring solutions and quotations.
* Support proposals, system design concepts, and technical presentations.
Customer & Partner Management
*
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners.
* Support key accounts and strategic opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
*
* Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams.
* Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting using Salesforce.
* Report to the Head of Sales – Geotech.
Travel
*
* Regular travel across Europe to support customers and projects.
What makes you an Asset to our team
*
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or similar.
* Proven experience in technical sales or business development.
* Background in geotechnical instrumentation, monitoring, or infrastructure.
* Experience with solution-based sales in complex technical environments.
* Strong commercial drive with solid technical understanding.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to engage with both technical and commercial audiences.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
* The position is based at the company’s headquarters in Masate, with flexibility to work remotely.
