On behalf of a Sport Entertainment company we are looking for a: /ppbTemporary Finance Manager /b /ppThe Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial, accounting, tax, labour and compliance aspects of the Company. He/she ensures that the money being spent by the company is allocated appropriately and used as planned. He/she is responsible for monitoring the budget, developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures, ensuring that all departments are working together in a cohesive and coordinated manner, and making sure everything complies with Italian requirements, together with financial reporting and other applicable standards agreed with the company. /ppThe candidate will also be responsible for processing and paying/collecting all creditor/debtor invoices. /ppbMain responsibilities: /b /ph3Planning /h3ulliFormulate an initial business plan/budget based on the Master and update it /liliEnsure all costs are in line with budget and approved /liliPrepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries and reports of financial data on the progress of the Company. /li /ulh3Bookkeeping and local compliance /h3ulliKeep accurate books and records of accounts of the Company, in order to prepare Annual Financial Statements in accordance with the Italian GAAP. /liliEnsure compliance with Italian tax, legal and labour laws and regulations. /liliLead a team to manage the company from an administrative, accounting, tax, legal and labour perspective. /liliBe the legal representative to execute transactions with third‑parties by means of the Powers of Attorney granted in accordance with the Company’s Shareholders. /liliPrepare and execute the liquidation of the Company in an orderly manner, once the Company has closed the fiscal year related to the activities in Naples. /li /ulh3Operations /h3ulliDevelop and implement a purchase policy to ensure purchases are made in accordance with the standards defined by the Company’s Shareholders. /liliIdentify ways to minimize cost and boost financial performance. /liliAllocate resources and manage cash flows (cash management) /liliNegotiate and manage vendor relations using SLA’s and metric management (i.e., insurance companies, suppliers, business partners, etc.). /liliReview and approve all spending by the Company, including salaries, supplies, travel expenses, and other operational costs /liliPrepare other periodical and ad hoc reports agreed with the CEO when required. /li /ulh3HR and IT /h3ulliDevelop and implement human resource policies that align with organizational goals, as well as manage employee relations. /liliRecruit and manage all the staff, including the payment of salaries and other payments (allowance, reallocation fees, etc.) /liliOversee IT operations and evaluate them according to the established goals /liliDevise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the Group /liliDevelop secure procedures to maintain confidential information /li /ulpbMain requirements: /b /pulliSolid background in financial planning, Italian accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting matters /liliFluent English language skills, both written and spoken /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliStrong leadership skills with a proactive approach, committed and motivated to drive performance and deliver business results /liliExceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail, combined with a focus on problem‑solving and strategic thinking /li /ulpbLocation: /b Napoli /ppAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
