Then keep reading - Key Responsibilities Customer Management: - Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs and ensure excellent service. - Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base. Agent and Distributor Management: - Support and guide agents and distributors in collaboration with Internal Sales to align with the company’s sales strategies and objectives. - Monitor performance, provide training, and collaborate to develop tailored business plans for growth. Market Development: - Identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and potential clients in the region. - Onboard new agents and distributors in untapped territories to expand market presence. - Focus market to develop are Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, followed by surrounding markets Internal Coordination: - Work closely with internal Sales and Customer Service Assistance to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution. - Provide feedback on customer and market needs to refine offerings and strategies. Reporting and Planning: - Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance and adjusting plans as needed. - Reports directly to the Global Sales Manager Key Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or a related engineering field - Naval Industry Expertise: 5 years of experience in the naval sector, driving sales and managing key accounts. - Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in building lasting relationships with shipowners and shipyards. - Global Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international maritime markets and business opportunities. - Negotiation & Closing: Expertise in negotiating and securing high-value contracts. - English Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in international settings; additional languages are a plus. - Willingness to Travel: Available for frequent business trips and client meetings worldwide.: - IT Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
