It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.Key Responsibilities:Being in charge of the store P&L;Manage the team to reach together business goals;Maintain high standards of selling technique and customer experience;Drive trainings for the team and new entries as motivator and guide;Communicate effectively to the team to ensure each person is up to speed with key updates;Monitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) in order to reach company goals;Promote and guarantee Venchi's service model is properly carried out;Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts;P
