Your mission
* Sales of JA Solar PV modules
* Achieve JA Solar market share and profit targets
* Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms
* Coordinate with internal departments for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales
* Provide regular reports on negotiations and market activities
* Analyze market and competitors' information
* Participate in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars, and promotional campaigns
* Protect corporate interests and enhance the company's industry and public image
* Assist in order execution as needed
Your profile
* Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
* Over 2 years of experience in PV module sales, preferably through distribution or at a PV distributor/wholesaler
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills; customer-focused and professional attitude
* Technical background in solar energy is a plus, especially for a technical manager role within the team
