We provide state‑of‑the‑art solutions for High Voltage Underground and Submarine cable links in some of the world’s most challenging environments. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liEnsure the management of a cohesive Product Portfolio in line with the Company growth objectives. /li liDefine drive the Product offerings, their development commercialization /li liYou will identify and develop technical and commercial opportunities during the pre-ITT stages /li liCountry of Operation (Subject to change as per the business needs): ITALY /li liCountry of Responsibility: Worldwide /li liCustomer profile: TSO, Developers, OG Operators and Utilities /li /ul h3Team Overview And Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liIncrease the presence in front of the Clients to deepen the understanding of requirements, present the Product and influence their specification. /li liGather Market Data, perform Competitive Analysis and Assess and benchmark competition /li liMaintain professional and technical knowledge, assisting in Industry Standards activities and participating in Industry related events /li liGuide internal Stakeholders on expectations and support in identifying RD projects aligned to the Company strategy /li liProvide guidance product information to Sales Managers and convey relevant market data competitive analysis to the Team /li liLiaise with relevant Functions to translate Customer requirements into viable and value‑added proposals /li liSupport Sales with bid strategy definition /li liSupport bid team with technical solution definition /li liReview prepared costs of Product and advise market pricing levels /li liAttend Tender Review Meetings, TPA meetings and internal Kick of Meetings if requested /li liConsolidate all Product related issues across all streams driving internal development and coordination across the functions /li liOversee entire Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities /li liEvaluate performance gaps in the Product /li liCreate and maintain a Product Roadmap /li liSpecify requirements for current future Products /li /ul pTravel Requirements: worldwide frequent travels may be required. /p h3Who are you? /h3 ul liYou hold a degree in technical engineering /li liDeep technical knowledge of the Submarine HVDC Cable Systems /li liProven experience in engineering/technical roles in the Cable Industry /li liFluent in English, written and spoken /li liKnowledge of the Submarine and HV cable business/market /li liTechnical and Commercial presentation skills /li liFlexibility and capability to manage changes during the work /li liGood relationship approach /li liTeam working capability /liliProblem solving and target oriented /li liPragmatism.
