Develop a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and establish a market leader in the life sciences industry.
* Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners in key markets.
* Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets for standardized life science products.
* Train and equip partners with product knowledge and marketing support to effectively sell solutions.
* Manage the sales pipeline with partners, from lead generation to closing.
Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key opinion leaders within the biopharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, and academic research communities.
Act as the voice of the market, providing feedback on customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Development: Build a network of successful distributors, resellers, and system integrators in Southern Europe.
* Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and establish a market presence.
* Partner Enablement: Provide training and resources to partners to enhance their ability to sell life science solutions.
* Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or technical sales within the life science instrumentation, laboratory automation, or diagnostics industry.
A proven track record of building and managing a successful distributor/channel partner network is required. Strong technical understanding of laboratory workflows and familiarity with products such as liquid handlers, plate readers, and related automation equipment are essential.
A self-starting, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated individual who can work autonomously is needed. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required.
