You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.# **A Day in the Life** The position reports to the Director of Enterprise Accounts Italy and involves close interaction with multiple Medtronic Business Units to align solutions with customer needs. This is a field-based management role with national or regional scope, depending on the assignment. Regular travel will be required to meet with assigned Accounts. This role is a permanent contract based in Italy, remotely and full time.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Build and manage executive-level relationships with strategic healthcare providers and key decision-makers* Develop account business plans aligned with customer priorities* Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal Business Units to optimize pricing strategies and drive market share* Identify new business opportunities and co-create solutions with partners to enable sustainable growth* Lead the negotiation and execution of long-term contracts with key accounts* Shape portfolio strategy and operational plans tailored to specific account needs* Support the launch of new Medtronic technologies and the establishment of research collaborations within your assigned Accounts**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Fluency in Italian and English* Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 5 years in sales or business development* Proven experience in managing strategic accounts and negotiating complex agreements* Understanding of value-based healthcare, with the ability to tailor solutions accordingly* Advanced knowledge of healthcare systems and customer decision-making processes* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic-planning skills* Experience in healthcare B2B Solution sellingIdeally, the candidate will bring experience working with diverse stakeholders across both public and private healthcare systems, along with a background in the medical device industry—preferably within one or more of Medtronic’s therapeutic areas. Experience leading a Business Unit or managing a sales district is highly valued, as is an MBA or prior work at a major consulting firm.
