Experteer Overview
In this role you will collaborate with the Industrial Sales Manager to drive the annual commercial strategy and budget within the industrial channel. You will execute sales plans, manage customers and key accounts, and support distributor channels using a total cost of ownership approach. You will promote TotalEnergies solutions, share best practices, and monitor performance to guide initiatives. You will work across Italy, engaging cross‑functionally to grow the industrial lubricants business and improve margins.

Responsabilità
* 5-8 years of experience in a commercial or technical sales role within the industrial sector
* Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants and market dynamics
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong problem‑solving abilities
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and key accounts
* Working proficiency in English
* Willingness to travel across Italy
