Specifically, we are looking for Global Product Managers and Global Senior Product Managers that will play a key role in ensuring the success of one of their iconic brand. In this role the candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy, as well as leading cross-functional teams to develop products consistently with brand’s vision and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities: develop and refine the brand’s strategic positioning, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and differentiates the brand in the market lead the product development process from ideation through launch mobilizing cross-functional teams & external suppliers steer the visual identity development and execution partnering with the creative agency build brand communication ecosystem teaming-up with the creative agency in charge of p&l; management and building business cases for new product launches Ideal profile: at least 3 /5 years marketing experience in fmcg industry experienced in building and implementing brand strategy knowledge of product innovation development process insightful sensitivity and strong passion towards fmcg industry (encompassing trends, products, actives, key players) able to handle a visual identity development process from strategy to print able to support the development of communication campaigns: from strategic framework development to assets creation data-driven mindset and analytical skills: ability to build and synthesize data to reach fact-based conclusions skilled in both qualitative and quantitative xdwybme research design and interpretation able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously creative and innovative thinker with a consumer-centric approach excellent communication, interpersonal and execution skills strong motivation and positive attitude in front of evolutions and project changes interested in learning everyday something new sensitivity towards sustainability previous experience in people management fluent in english both written & verbal Location: Lombardia Rif SR
