This Marketing Manager will be part of the Advanced Wound Management Business Unit, focused on Advanced Wound Care, responsible for creating, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, reporting to Sr. Marketing Manager AWM Italia.
This role will be based in the Milano area (hybrid role).
What will you be doing?
* Implement the competitive strategy for the product.
* Monitor and analyze competition to anticipate and avoid loss of sales.
* Ensure compliance with the company's code of ethics.
* Implement and monitor annual marketing plans.
* Follow-up and analyze sales data.
* Manage forecasts.
* Participate in congresses and professional forums; organize and coordinate activities with clients.
* Develop relationships with KOLs and decision-makers to support consultants and working groups.
* Collaborate with sales, clinical, logistics, tender, quality, compliance, and clinical departments to support business development.
* Identify new business opportunities, products, services, and collaborations.
* Explore new customer segments and sales channels.
* Provide product training to new team members.
Business Opportunities and Projects
Identify and develop new opportunities, expand use of advanced wound products, and support the implementation of clinical pathways and decision tools at national/regional levels.
Work with cross-functional teams on plans involving international marketing, market access, evidence analysis, and health economics.
What will you need to be successful?
* High proficiency in English and native/bilingual Italian.
* Intermediate-high Office skills.
* Degree in Health Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in Medical Devices (Wound field).
