Overview In this role you drive the commercial objectives for Alnylam's ATTR program in Sardegna as a field-based KAM. You will develop territory and account plans in alignment with the country strategy and collaborate with Medical Affairs to optimize patient care. You'll identify centers of diagnosis and treatment, foster trusted relationships with key customers, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. This position offers the chance to shape access and care pathways while representing Alnylam at local events and ensuring compliant, ethical conduct.

Manage local meetings to drive diagnosis and treatment rates with Medical Affairs support
Represent Alnylam at local and national events and congresses
Maintain CRM database with timely, accurate reporting
Ensure activities meet ethical, regulatory, and legal standards
Steer regular alignment meetings with field-based functions to implement plans
Responsabilità 5+ years of Sales and Key Account Management experience in bio/pharmaceuticals
Ability to gain access and develop relationships with healthcare providers in reference centers
Effective communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
Strong business acumen to add value to healthcare structures
Ability to leverage past experiences to enhance awareness and treatment access
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel within territory (80% time)
University degree in a relevant scientific field (D.Lgs. 219/2006) or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Health
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Italy and ethical standards
