How you will contribute
1. Manage the development and launch of 360-degree marketing projects within the Travel Retail EMEA channel, in accordance with marketing and communication guidelines.
2. In collaboration with the relevant Sales Manager, negotiate annual marketing plans with Travel Retail EMEA channel clients and ensure the effective implementation of the agreed plans within the assigned budget.
3. Ensure proper monitoring and accounting of the BTL budget.
4. Regularly visit key points of sale to verify the effectiveness of the assortment strategy, deliver training sessions to store staff, and discuss potential improvement actions with clients to maximize sell-out.
5. Actively support the development and execution of global/local sales campaigns and trade fairs.
6. Manage data by preparing internal and external briefings, presentations, visibility reports, sell-out reports, and budget tracking.
7. Oversee the production and installation of materials for seasonal or permanent promotional activities, coordinating various stakeholders: internal marketing and communication teams, external agencies and contractors, and client contacts.
8. Contribute to the development of a multichannel strategy for clients within the assigned scope.
9. Actively support the creation of innovative Trade Marketing tools to maximize brand performance based on channel needs.
10. Ensure the implementation of all visual updates and POP materials within the point of sale, in compliance with brand guidelines.
Who you are
11. Master’s degree in marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
12. 3/4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry
13. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
14. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
15. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
16. Dynamic, proactive, and flexible, with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork
17. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
